Light Textures? Options

Does anyone know where I can get Light Textures? I've searched google/deviantart/good-tutorials (Even tried to find a tutorial for it, but nope).. I want some light textures that has like a black background with it. There are a couple light textures here but they end up being for avatars, 100x100. Even though I can make it bigger, but it doesnt seem right.

Mostly it's like light textures that has circles or something. Maybe even different shapes?
Or should I say "LIGHT EFFECTS" so I won't confuse people. =X

Ohh, I guess you were mistaken and I typed it wrong.

I meant light as in like Lightbulb or lightstrikes or whatever. Something shiny light. Not light that hasn't too much dark and kind of bright.

I've been there already and didn't see any LIGHT textures.
