 I let someone used my computer and then they told me that they accidently deleted notepad. Really bad timing 'cause she told me right after I cleaned my recycle bin. Long story how she did it, but yeah, how can I get it back? -.- asdzcasfshqwr

It should be under C:\Windows
Make a shortcut of it and drag it into your Start Menu.
