Sexuality. Options

I want someone to tell me with great detail what is so wrong with different sexualitys.
SO many people are making such big deals about it.
Is there something different about homosexual people?
or bisexuals?
than people who ate heterosexual?
I understand religious reasons, because that is what they have been taught.
But why do some people just dislike the idea?

I don't believe that people are making THAT much of a deal with people that are not straight, things have changed these few years, people are starting to really understand more, and tolerate it like they should have always.
People are actually discussing if gay marriage should be legalized and more people don't have to hide their sexuality.
My whole point is, is that at least the people that are fine with other peoples' sexuality has increased than the past.
I think that people that dislike the idea of homosexuality and what not, is probably because most of them were brought up to be homophobic, they probably do think that their sexual activity is unhealthy (since a long time ago people would think that homosexuals spread STDs), or isolated from other people.

you have good points. and i made sense out of that :P . but yet, so many teenagers are so like..judgemental. and like "OMFG! NOO THAT'S WRONG!" and it's not. In my opinon. But yet I guess some people where just brought up to be that way. and thereisn't much we can do. but ehh..yeah i dunno LOL

I agree with xlinh, about the increasing number of people who are more tolerable and understanding of homosexuality. But if you ask me, if anything, teenagers are the ones who are probably the most open about it. I don't know, it could just be me, or the area I live in, because so many students at my high school are coming out as bisexual, lesbian, or gay. I don't know if they're doing so because it seems that to some people it's sort of a "fad" to be homosexual, but when we have had class discussions about it, they're serious enough to show that they support homosexuality. Not everyone, mind you. But quite a bit.

People in general, tend to be afraid of what they do not understand. When homosexuality was a new thing to the human population, people were afraid of it and thus critiscized those who are homosexual. Now the idea of homosexuality is becoming more common, that people are starting to become used to it, and be more tolerable of it.
