how do i make this rainy effect?
im workin with image ready and photoshop.  ps.. is there more effects i can learn?? where>??. any tutorials? based on icon effects? |

Wait for it to load (yes, I know it'll take a bit) and then scroll down to the second second, which is the animated stuff. There some here too that you might be able to transfer to PS/Image Ready. =) |
