This is a great treat that the kids I babysit love to make and eat.
A really loose recipe. Feel free to manipulate it according to your tastes What you neeeed. Instant brownie mix (i.e. duncan hines, etc) <--better for the kids to make. or your own brownie mix... whichever ( : Some chocolate chips (we use 2 cups total) mini marshmallows (we use 3 cups) a 9x13 inch pan an oven (duh) 1. Make the brownies according to either your own recipe or the one on the mix box, adding one cup pf chocolate chips to the mix. 2. Immediately after removing them from the oven, sprinkle the marshmallows and remaining chocolate chips over the brownies. 3. Place the brownies in the oven for 2-3 more minutes or until the marshmallows are partially melted. They are good hot or cold, but I reccomend them hot (although they are harder to cut) |
