what is the best thing to do to get rid of cramps?
i've tried painkillers but that doesnt work. |

Heated pads..those are heaven.
My cramps used to get so bad that I couldn't concentrate in school, & I never wanted to take Tylenol because it made me drowsy. So I went on birth control. That's another option. |
