This is a question asked from many guys. And no, I'm not telling myself in 3rd person. If he likes a girl and has a crush on her, how should he approach her to have a good, loving relationship? Should he start out being friends with her or what? Talk to her? Greet? What are your thoughts?

you becomre friends and pursue her. if she seems interested in you ie willing to talk to you over other guy friends and/or hang out with you unless she has a REAL reason, they you nut up and just find a moment when you 2 are alone, and ask her out. or else you dont have the confidence to keep her in a relationship if you dont have the balls to personally ask.
