In PSP too. For that particular sort of effect, start with something like... Screen, soft light or lighten. Those two make things lighter. If you want a more harsh texture then you should use things like overlay and multiply.
You can always use the other styles too, but those five tend to be the best choices. I think PSP should have those... |
