I have sweaty hands, and i don't know why...
it's embarrasing and makes me self concious any help? |

I always get sweaty hands before a piano recital or something. It sucks. & then my hands get cold and when it's my turn to play, my fingers can barely move. Ouch.
Probably your nerves. Your best bet would be to keep your hands warm. If it's nonstop.. then yeah, go to a doctor. I read in Cosmo!girl once about a girl who couldn't stop sweating. Like she could be doing nothing and she would still be sweating. |
