hey i was wonderin...well i have a pic that was too big n i made it smaller n i uploaded it to my pics n how come it always doesn't look the same? cuz wat i use to make my pics smaller is irfanview n it looks nice n clear on there when it's small but then it's not like that on myspace, anyone know y?

It comes out more fuzzy and icky? That is most likely because when you save it , its not being saved for web and that can easily alter the quality of an image.
If you have photoshop you can go to file > save for web that will help. I'm not sure if its posisble in the program you use.
