How did they do this?
 like the whole thing. How did they make the background look glittery? and LIke how is the thing look reflective? And how they have that pic faded in the background so prefectly.? |

Star brushes, and I'd say noise(filter on photoshop/psp).
You can find some glitter brushes on the site I gave you before, too. |
