In blog, hiding drop down dates |

So I'm doing a blog DIV. It looks good except there's those darn drop-down dates on the left side. Is there a way to hide it?

No, it's talking about the blog being the actual mysapce page. Thanks anyways...I will probably end up figuring it out somehow but can anyone alse help a bit maybe?
