Has anyone tried yoga? was it worth it, and enjoyable?
i've been thinking about signing up for classes. i need exercise, but not any 'spiritual healing' or anything. i think it counts as a sport... |

i had a few sessions of it, it really relaxes the body but if you want excerise i don't recommend, you don't move enough, just a lot of position holding. and in the end, you get to sleep =D
Try dances, they're GREAT workouts, My first class is in about a month =D Treadmills are also great, get a pass to the gym for great workout - Be committed though! |
