How can I make a line to look squiggly like a worm or twrilled end of a bow? Also, how do I make a sinlight effect; Like the top is bright and starts to fade towards the bottom? I use Phtoshop 6

Brushes are sometimes like that. Or just the photoshop default brushes and make a squiggle.
