I think I sort of get it now, after re-reading your post a few times. Of course, failure can be a good thing. It enables us to learn from our mistakes, and help us prevent from making the same mistakes again. It can also motivate us to work harder, and be an inspiration. However, it can also have a negative impact as well. It may discourage one, and fall so hard, that they don't want to get up; thus, one may just give up and move on to something else.
It all matters on the individual, I suppose; however, for me, personally, I guess I can concur with you to an extent. |
