ermm.. u make a new file page and you jus do what u want to do with it by using the brushes, the type tool, the paint bucket tool...jus use watever.... and... if u want to do image mapping. u prolly need fireworks mx for the hotspot too or u can do the long way...which is ms paint...try to get the coordinate. heh there was a tutorial on this... i think it was in the webdesigning chat...but go to search from the corner right til u see search. click that and type in the keyword: "rectangular image map" i think thats the title... heh go there on how to do the image mapping.
