myspace popup maker, does anyone know if there is a tutorial for that?

I want to make a message that pops up and is like, the kind that you just click "OK" and it is gone.
Like, to say "HEYYYYYY, HORRS" or something like that.

I searched but I didn't find it

SO I was wondering if it was like..... around here.
