I can tell by the shade of his utilities that he's a soldier and not a Marine, but thats beside the point.
The "War in Iraq" is more or less a deathtrap for Americans. I'd do it if I had nothing better to do but ride on the back of a convoy patrol with a M240G. Why? Because one of my closest friends was shot and killed because he was giving an 8 year old child something to eat and the bastard triggered a bomb and killed himself and my friend. I have no remorse. Make the muthafucka run. |

Soldiers' know they are risking their lives by joining the military. Many people have died in the military because they were doing thier jobs. They were also helping a poverty-stricken nation, who needed us to go into their country and help them; even if some people didn't agree with the American's actions and decided to take thie own action. What that person did to your friend was wrong. I understand how that would be troubling for you to have someone close to die. But, once again, your friend knew what he was doing and what danger he was going to be in by even joining the military. |

As a Marine, I still say, "Let the muthafucka run." wow, it makes me sick to know that people like you are the ones defending our country. what on earth is wrong with you? how the hell does your friend getting shot by an 8-year-old justify tolerating people who torture the innocent? Iraq is on the verge of a civil war, and who is to blame? US. QUOTE ^ And you know, almost all of them do things like play soccer and have fun and try to make the situation as best they can for the citizens but of course, media will only focus on the bad guys like the one in this video. It's a shame really. "almost all of them"? please do cite where you got this nonsense from. |

I'll entertain this when you strap up and VOLUNTEER for a deployment. Its easy to speak politics and "voice your opinion" online but lets be real, you ain't doin' shit. |

Its easy to speak politics and "voice your opinion" online but lets be real, you ain't doin' shit. really? are you so ignorant that you believe that in order to help, you must join the military? hmm, maybe i would consider it (not really, but i'm just saying..) if i SUPPORTED the cause. FYI, i'm only 16-years-old, therefore i can't do much. "i ain't doin' shit"? as a matter of a fact, my high school has a support the troops club where we raise money and accept donations from a list of various items that the troops in Iraq need and ask for. we've been doing it since the war started, and sent over 300 care packages last year. i sure as hell am doing more for the troops than you are. mmk, thanks. like i said before, it makes me sick to know that people like you are protecting our country. |

Don't dig yourself into a hole that you can't get out of. Did it ever occur to you that by raising money and accepting donations to give to "us," you support everything you just hated on in this thread? Ether. |
