I am choosing a formal dress for a party. But I need help in deciding which look is the best. I am cheap and don't feel like spending too much. Windsor store has some cute dresses but I couldn't afford. Haha.
I want some opinions on the outfit I have now, but I still need a handbag (less than $20) and if I need other accessories or changes in my outfit. And with that dress, I don't even need a necklace. Halter Dress: Forever 21 $27.80  Jacket: Forever 21 $29.80  Headband: I forgot where it is but it costs $3  Flats: Old Navy $19.50  Any ideas? Thanks. |

The dress is super cute, but I don't really like the jacket. And the headband...I'm not really sure if it matches that well with the dress. Sorry, I can't see the flats.
