Ok, You know after your done painting your nails.. (For the gays and the girls out there) you put this gloss clear color over it to make it glossy...
Well, I just like to put it all by its self.. I have no clue why.. but I do.. SO.. down to the point of this topic.. Would you call clear a color?

So clear isn't technically a color, but if we want to get into this we can argue over black and white, too.
 Nah, you can't sue them for "false advertising" - they just did it for uniformity.
