Are Filipinos dirty? Options

No offense to the phillipines community here on cB, but my friend last night said Filipinos are dirty and that they are the dirtiest ethnic groups out of all Asians. He wasn't making fun of them or anything though. I don't know if he was serious, but he was most likely joking. Because he was being sarcastic in all parts. He's asian (but not filipino), and I am asian as well. So I respect all asians and I'm cool with anyone. What you guys think?

Excuse me, why do you have to be so harsh? I was just trying to be fair. I was expecting some thoughts and disagreements. Personally AND truthfully, I think race does not matter to a person being dirty. But my friend might've had a point. Considering the fact they are pretty hygienic when it comes to cleaning themselves. And it's true that the environment status of the Phillipines aren't looking too good. Many littering and pollution issues. I am trying to make a change and point out some positive AND negative views of what my friend had said. Yes, just because I made a thread that my friend said that, dosen't mean I support him. I know, he might've meant to offend them, but I just didn't have that feeling. Calm down.
