Those are really easy. First you need to start off with teh first one. (forget the second two since you don't get the first one, all you need is a table layout. Divs would probably confuse the heck out of you for now) Keep reading it till you get it. All it is is explaining what part of the css edits what. Really you don't even have to read it. All you need to do is go here, take the third code and add colors and font sizes. The code pretty much tells you what edits what.
