How serious do you guys think Promise Rings are if you were to exchange them with your boyfriend/girlfriend? And how soon into a relationship would you exchange it?
Basically I'm asking what are the implications of exchanging Promise Rings....and the timing of it. Thanks =] |

Promise rings are pretty serious. Like everyone's said before me, they're basically saying "I love you and want to be with you forever even if we're not married now." Just one step before engagement. You should be together at least a year before you give them to each other so you can really know each other and make sure.
