Okay so I had the top banner gone with this code and it worked fine, but today when I went to update I noticed it's back!
 How can I get it to go away again? Heres my code I used... This has been discussed before. Xanga lets you use their site for free, for putting that little banner at the top, and why are you trying to get rid of it? And if you want to get rid of it, don`t talk about it here. =/
