why cant i start a graphic topic at Forum/Resource Center/Graphics?? i try to start a topic to show one of my graphics and this error comes out:

You don't start topics in graphics. You submit a graphic, then if it is accepted it will appear as a topic in the graphics forum.
No one can start topics there. You have to submit one and it has to be accepted to appear there. |
