I wrote a pamphlet on religion. Here it is :D

Voice. Love. Life. Choice. All these things given to us by our god. These words, meaning so strong, yet the details misguided. All which is contained in this pamphlet is my view and only my view. Take what is spoken to your view and ONLY your view. Please just read this with an open heart and mind. If not, you might as well stop reading now. I have thought all of my views thoroughly though.

We have been given many things, among these, choice lies. Yes, it is true, god gave us this. But why? Is it all a test? Is there an ultimate right and wrong? I say, no. I see the gift of choice, as not a test, yet as a true gift. I see it as an opportunity to actually utilize individually. All what was given should be used, not thrown under the "Christian" view. These are my choices. They are deemed sinful under the Bible, yet they seem to benefit myself and others. You will never make a "wrong" choice, only a choice made without the thought of the aftermath. I will go further into that later on.

God. The almighty benevolent dictator. Dictator? What? The quote from the bible: "For a visitation, you need desperation". Now from what I have learned in history, dictators make their subjects beg for mercy (A.K.A these so called visits.). Now you may see these visits as a gift yet not mercy. The thing is, I say the same thing. But why is it in the bible, that the visits were matter of life a death. They were merciful acts upon us. If my memories serve me well, I remember a story in the bible, that if this woman didn't get more money, she would die. A holy man in the bible led her to a visit from god. He (god in the bible) saved her life, yet needed begging to do it. That sounds like a cruel dictator to me. In my eyes, god is a wonderful, graceful being. We (Christians) have dragged the sacrifice, the hands down, need to worship him too far. Yes, a little pray is wonderful, but dedicating our life to the sense of worship is too much. In my eyes, that's contradicting the whole "gift" that was so gracefully given to us. I will go further into that later also.

In every religion, a little faith is needed. Keyword: LITTLE. Now your trying to tell me that a man with wonderful views, and great teachings, that went out of the normal view of things, is all of a sudden the son of god? Yes, Jesus was a very great and wonderful man, and without his teachings, we wouldn't be where we are now, but MANY, many men and women of history have done the exact same thing. Jesus, just did it solely, he was the first to stand up for his views. That magnified the point of holiness, and now he's a god in the bible. WE made him a god, not by his blood. Another thing, he died because of his voice. Again, many have done the same. Also, yet again, Jesus just was the first one to do so. Why was it that because of his death, God came into our lives? My view is that his teachings led us to appreciate god more, and metaphorically opened the connection to god. Not literally people. Just because an outcast had dealt with suffrage, doesn't deem him "holy". We thought, because his teaching's LED us to god, that it meant that he MUST be god's son. In my eyes, that is the most asinine thing ever. We need to open our minds, not read lines over and over again and forget to actually utilize the bible for what it is: A teaching. A pamphlet written metaphorically. Wonderful views, no doubt, but not meant for literacy.

Oh no! I did something wrong so now I am hated by god! What possessed me to be a normal HUMAN BEING? Fear has been force fed upon us time and time again by mentions of hell. Why would god give us free will if it all was one big trap to be a robot, a servant to him? I think he would not have created hell, for "hell" lies within the mistakes of our everyday lives. If we didn't use it, and learn from it, then that's our own fault and depending on what you view of the afterlife is, either we get another chance or we are screwed. Listen to one of my favorite and I think to be a very powerful quote: "To er[o]r, is to human. To forgive, divine." We all make mistakes. If you don't I'm even more afraid for you. If it wasn't for mistakes, how could we judge what's right? How would we be able to know wrong, if we haven't been exposed to it? It's a matter of whether you gain from your mistake, as to whether you should be deemed forgivable. Never be afraid of mistakes. By all means, don't try to make mistakes, just don't be afraid.

Relating back to my previous topic, there is a balance of right and wrong in our world. Like I stated before, without wrong, how would we tell whether it's wrong or not? In this world, there needs to be a Yin (bad) and a Yang (good). Now I don't mean, HA NOW IT'S A GOOD THING TO BE BAD! I mean don't be afraid of the bad side. Everyone has one. Without the other, the good/bad can't exist. Look at this example:

Billy's parents hate television. Bobby's parents see it as a way to educate them. Who's right? Both of them. There is no complete right or wrong, only opinion.

The Bible. The almighty, holy, scriptures. Words, sought by most to be true, yet in my eyes, is one big lesson. In the bible, there are many, descriptive, stories that led (if you read blindly) to the point that Jesus was holy. Now, read these stories over again using reason. Are there lessons? I say, yes. Almost every story has some life teaching. My guess is, Jesus preached most of these stories, and our people, took it literally. Like I said before every religion needs a little faith, not a whole ump pages worth. To another point, these so called sins. Homosexuality. One of the most controversial of sins. Yes, it doesn't reproduce, yet it creates more love, another gift from god. Now what sounds worse, either living a fake life, having a fake love, and end up hurting them, (A.K.A living a lie) or have a small percentage of people not reproduce and create more love? I pick door number 2. Now to bring science in the mix: Every human is born with an amount of estrogen and testosterone. Depending on what sex you were born into, one is usually more than the other. From what I understand, there are such instances, where some people are born with more of the opposite sex-chemical, or they are born with a penis and a vagina (A.K.A hermaphrodites). Now what sex should they follow? I say whatever creates love. Now what are these hermaphrodites in the bibles eyes? The devil's children? I think not. The bible says all humans are equal. Now why would these people be deemed evil? I think it's because it questions the bible's words. People are afraid of the unknown, and now, the only thing known was the bible and its words. This issue contradicts the bible itself. Don't be afraid to have your own views. We all don't need to hug the bible (unless that's your view). Let's go to another issue, the youth of our nation. I myself am a youth. Now did you expect this from a youth depicted in the bible? I sure didn't. Yes, we brought this upon ourselves, but it is a sure thing that we are treated less than a full adult. For all the adults, just because some youth is immature, doesn't mean all of us are. Youth, take some time to sit down and actually THINK about something with reason. THAT is maturity. That's all it takes. Now on to the actual sins, such as (I DO NOT TAKE PART IN THESE OR APPROVE THEM, I USE THEM AS AN EXAMPLE TO PROVE MY POINT) drinking, smoking, and pre-marital sex. Why is that a sin? Because they are devil actions? I think not. I see the reason for making them a sin is that we were underestimated. God put those or put the ingredients to those things here on earth for a reason. Yes, if you can't handle it responsible don't do it. But that's the reason it is a sin, it was sought that we (everyone adult and youth alike) couldn't handle some pleasure in our life for two reasons: harming others and harming ourselves. We were looked down upon by the bible writers. They wrote that before pre-hand to prevent bad things from happening. Now that was an example of many. I think that to be one of the main reasons for the creation of the sins. Would god look down on us like that? I think no, and that also leads to the point that he didn't approve or write these so called Holy Scriptures. I think it was just some of the Jesus followers, which had good intentions for the human race. I think this is why we shouldn't be a bible hugger, we should be exposed to the teachings of it, yet remember that is one or a few views. It was the first set of propaganda, so it's not the almighty rule in my eyes.

All of this writing is my OPINION. I see it as a strong willed opinion that has done well for me. Every human is given by god, the power of opinion. That doesn't mean be a rebel; it means keep an open mind of opinion. Read others, and form your own. Like I said before, the only way I see is right to worship god is to use his gifts, so why not use this one. This is a theory I follow and made about a year ago: "It is not information that is beautiful, it is the way which information is viewed that is true beauty".

The whole theme of this pamphlet: Free Will. Why is it there? I think it's there not as a test, but as a privilege. We were given free will to see things at our view and to have opinion and make mistakes. Speech. A quote from bible says this "If you let Jesus guide your tongue, you won't have to worry about saying the wrong thing". Why was it given to us just to be token control or have the option to be lazy and have one man control it? There is no such thing as saying the wrong thing. Another quote says this: "The tongue is expressed from the depths of our heart". If it comes from our heart how is it wrong, if it in a sense, is what we truly believe. If god's greatest gift is the tongue, why should Jesus control it? Some say to spread the word of Jesus. If that's true why was the chance of free will and opinion given if we all should force feed Christianity upon others? I only see this answer: Jesus wasn't made to control our tongue along the side of anyone else and it's up to you to not let it be controlled by anyone. Speak up. Stand up for what is right in your heart, even if you stand alone.

Church. The only right way to praise god right? I say no. Nuns. They give up their entire life to god, all the gifts thrown away. Why should nuns throw away the gifts given to us from god? Why should they disgrace those so gracefully given to them by god? I say they shouldn't. I see that as a complete contradiction to all that was given to us from god. The only answer that is shown to praise god that I see, is to live your life to its fullest and utilize your gifts. Yes, a little church isn't bad but then again; don't see it as you NEED to go to church. If god is as benevolent as I see him, he wouldn't ask for praise, only acknowledgment.

I wrote this pamphlet to express myself and open new doors to new theories within you, the readers. I am thankful you opened your heart to my opinions, and I'm not asking to see what I see. Just see it through your eyes, not the churches. Your view may be the churches and that's not bad. These are just some of my views, so if you would like to discuss or debate anything of this nature, I'm always here with an open mind. Listen to my closing statement from one of my poems call Diluted Gospels:

I see the blinded souls fed propaganda,

I smile seeing the strong bonds of chain.
