AARRRGGGHHGHGH!!!!, ack im really irritated Options

lol okay seriously. I've been working on this part of the code for like...a year. I've tried every damned thing that I can think of and obviously im just seriously missing something.

okay figured one part out but....

now I need help just figuring out how to get my blog nice a wide. like something is weird about how my blog section displays. theres like a huge margin on one side of the blog but if try making it wider i get a horizontal scrollbar. not okay. so yeah I can't figure out why I have like an inch or space on the right side between the words and the scrollbar. it looks stupid.
