About the banner ad Options

So, I read somewhere someone had said here once that moving the ad is against myspace Terms of Agreement.

The terms actually say:

3. covering or obscuring the banner advertisements on your personal profile page, or any MySpace.com page via HTML/CSS or any other means;

The word "covering" according to Dictionary.com:

Do you guys still think moving it would be a problem? As long as its still seen at the top of the page?

No one even has a code to move the ad so what difference does it make? The ad is an ad. You guys use myspace why not help them out by leaving the ad up?
