So, I read somewhere someone had said here once that moving the ad is against myspace Terms of Agreement.

The terms actually say:

QUOTE
3. covering or obscuring the banner advertisements on your personal profile page, or any MySpace.com page via HTML/CSS or any other means;

The word "covering" according to Dictionary.com:

QUOTE
cov‧er‧ing  /ˈkʌvərɪŋ/ Pronunciation Key - Show Spelled Pronunciation[kuhv-er-ing] Pronunciation Key - Show IPA Pronunciation
–noun
1. something laid over or wrapped around a thing, esp. for concealment, protection, or warmth.
2. Mathematics. cover (def. 50).
3. the buying of securities or commodities that one has sold short, in order to return them to the person from whom they were borrowed.

The word "obscure" according to Dictionary.com:

QUOTE
ob‧scure  /əbˈskyʊr/ Pronunciation Key - Show Spelled Pronunciation[uhb-skyoor] Pronunciation Key - Show IPA Pronunciation adjective, -scur‧er, -scur‧est, verb, -scured, -scur‧ing, noun
–adjective
1. (of meaning) not clear or plain; ambiguous, vague, or uncertain: an obscure sentence in the contract.
2. not clear to the understanding; hard to perceive: obscure motivations.

Do you guys still think moving it would be a problem? As long as its still seen at the top of the page?
