borders around boxes |

hey guys!
ummmm does anyone know how to put these kind of borders all around the different sections of the myspace boxes...like the comments sections and stuff: http://img140.imageshack.us/img140/3118/aeriecloudct7.png like how its like a cloud pattern around it could anyone do that or know how to? |

well they dont have to be specifically done like that
like i was jw if like there was any way to put a cloud pattern around the boxes like how u can put dashed lined around them instead of solid or w/e |
