Has anyone tried yoga? was it worth it, and enjoyable?
i've been thinking about signing up for classes. i need exercise, but not any 'spiritual healing' or anything. i think it counts as a sport... ![]() |

i take kickboxing in my school and every friday we unwind with yoga. but we do it on hardwood floors so it kinda ruins the effect. anywaiii... yoga provides amazing stretch to your body and really relaxs you in the right conditions (my teacher does it so we actually get a bit of a work out). however, yoga isn't going to give you a killer bod just by itself. you need to loss fat first before you use yoga. yoga tones muscles... so basically it's to improve on a bod that's already in semi good shape.
btw... don't fall asleep in class if you do that it... ![]() |
