So this is kind of a weird question.
Here's a little background about me. I'm a senior and I am openly gay. I get made fun of a lot because of that but in a joking matter and I am usually cool with it. There are moments there where I just lose it and I really have these mood swings. Like I usually don't care and I always make fun of myself too, but there are just like moments where I just am neurotic and lose my mind and I really don't know why. There is no significant reason why I should be and I mean when I do have these moments they aren't always when we are screwing around and I was just wondering like if it was a psychological thing or something haha. Well, thanks. |

Wow, I just read something about moodswings in a book I was reading. And if you have problems with it... try this? It might sound a little stupid, but hey, if it helps you, thats cool, right?
Anyways, it says; QUOTE When your moods are really swinging, sit yourself down and get a grip. Mix a few drops of essential oil (lavender is calming, mint is a pick-me-up) with an inexpensive body lotion like Nivea or Lubiderm in your palm, inhale, apply to your body, and enjoy the mood boost you'll get from the aromatherapeutic properties of the oil. --Rona Berg Maybe that means nothing to you? Figured I'd share though just incase. |
