hm i trying to make backround..and i need ideas .. heres what i got so far..
just stars and =]  the smiley face is kinda weird. i don't really know i wana make a backround with stars and =] i can start over i just need idea. |

add more brushes.
and text like what they said. maybe add a texture to the small portion and make it fade. be creative with it. |
