^You're suppose to "spread the knowledge" in the first post and try to get some discussion started. You haven't been doing that and that usually causes a lot of spam. We're actually trying to get some discussion going here.
This is an intriguing painting. What year was it painted? Maybe that'll provide some information on why he painted this. |

Because you're not providing enough basis for discussion. That falls under pointless posting. You can't just post a random phrase or picture and expect people to pick up on it. So, yes, those topic are spam. Now, please, carry this discussion out in PM with me and I'll be more than happy to talk with you about it. This isn't the place for it. |
