I really like the image on top.
What I would like to see is the brown parts of the image grow down into shapes for your info. Then you could get rid of your current tables because they look tacky compared to the top image. I don't like how the text spills over parts of the border of your tables, it makes it harder to read. I also don't like how you capitalize some band names but not others. You also need a new music player. I'm sure you could find one that would fit better with the layout and one that wouldn't be partially hidden. You have to line up the edges on the bottom, it really gives me an uneasy feeling when it's not lined up. I'm pretty sure I understand the simplicity that you were going for, but, it's ineffective when the borders and text are so messy. Overall, I guess I really only like the top image. The simplicity idea might be good too, but I can't be sure until it's executed properly. Sorry dude. I'm sure you worked hard on this. But that's what I think. Keep at it. |
