If you want tutorials... They're aren't any. That particular kind of graphic requires vast knowladge of photoshop (read: read lots of tutorials and pick up lots of nice little tricks). It also requires creative energy (which, if you don't have, cannot be created) and a unique style (read: blend all the different kinds of stuff you like together).

Gameshots? You might try lj communities. When they post graphics they post resources, you get your images. Yay for everyone!
