if ur pg. is set to private does ur profile view count still go up if ppl not on ur friends list looks at it?

yea i know everyone has a diff. ip but i mean i think the tracker is inaccurate or somethin. but how can it be me? n besides i ain't from that location! u know. i mean i get this same location like 10 times a day or more prolly
