stole this little idea from the girls locker room, about the "are you happy with you figure?" so, how do you guys feel about your form?

back in the days of high school.. i was the skinny asian... i mean like no chest no arms no muscle and i had a very fast metabolism... i eat all i can and i just dont gain it.. i was tall too 5'11 at 145.
Now i'm in my 3rd year of college and since then from 145 to 167. i gained 22 pounds and i'm happier with my physique. i'm not teased anymore...now i get commplents about my chest and arms and oh my abs haha... uh oh dinner.. i'll be back to put more |

This is how its done guys. I also used to be 65 KG now IM 81 kg. what follows are 3 simple steps to more girls, more confidence and abetter body. 1- go to bodybuilding.com and hit the Ripptoe training schedule u can find within stickies in the forum and then search your ass off for all the info u need 2- hit the gym 3- repeat If getting 5 X more hot girls isnt enough motivation for you...your a lost cause my friend. |
