okk so i like this guy thats 3 yrs older than me but i suspect my friend does too. it quite obvious that she likes him but she never admit it. i havent confronted her about it because i know i cant like him if she said she did. i know this might sound quite selfish but in the past i gave up most of my crushes after i found out one of my friend likes them. right now i'm not sure what to do, should i tell my friend i like him so she could back off or just let her have him? he might not even notice me anyways =/ he's really nice but i'm sure if hes just being polite or w/e. i'm just wundering if my friend would be mad at me if she found out i like the guy. help please?

Hi, im a guy...and im bored as hell so I figured id check out what girls talk about.
I dunno if theres some strict anti guy rule but... Guys , if uve noticed never set any boundaries with women (unless it is an unusually large crush/obsession and ur best mates). In this situation I think its best to talk to your friend on a serious note 1 - explain your feelings for this guy, not about him persay but more the way YOU feel about him. 2- explain how you would feel if he shows interest and you were unable to reciprocate. 3 - ask your friend if she likes said guy...discuss her feelings about the issue, how she feels about your ealier comments and consider the option of allowing both of you open attention to this guy...because all men have a target and his intentions for either of you will soon become clear. 4 - it is important to remember that attraction is not a choice...if you have feelings for this guy it is not healthy to repress such things, a friend should understand that and vice versa hope that helps. |
