I NEED HELP W/ MY DIV OVERLAY! Options

I tried making my own DIV overlay.. and it seems okay.. i mean,, its my first ever.. but i can't seem to get my comments up. i know people are probably annoyed with this question already.. but i really really need help..

Take that out and they should show up. To make them move around edit this line:
