Firefox 2, Anyone download it yet? |

I downloaded it yesterday and I was a little disappointed.
I really didn't like the way that you have to close the tabs. It's like an X in the upper right corner of each tab! Just like IE7. I had some problems with the bookmarks, tabs and toolbars, and I know for sure that it wasn't the theme that I was using. IE7 (when it first came out) didn't have as many errors as Firefox 2, which is why I was disappointed. I reinstalled FF 1.5 after I played around with FF 2 for a while. I'm installing FF 2 next week, when it won't have as many problems. I still prefer Firefox because the text is clear and the toolbar is more versatile. What did you guys think of it? |

Hm, having the close box on the tab seems like a good improvement. I never understood why the close box wasn't on the tab in the first place.

I don't really like having the close box on the tab. I liked having it in the corner because you could close several tabs without moving the mouse around.. I forgot to mention the spell checker! I think that's an awesome feature. |
