is ther any way to do a color fade on psp.like from the top or diagnoally its the normal color but then it fades into black && white.

I have PSPX. Duplicate your picture & greyscale it. Then, using the selection tool, with the feather set to like 20 or 50, select the parts where you want to be colored. Press delete one or two times & it should work :]
