I watch a lot of anime now that Time Warner put Anime on Demand in my service area. My room mate and I have picked up on this... there is so much camel toe in anime, its rediculous. Also, they do waaaay to many unnecessary close ups to the female crotch and chest region, and my room mate and I laugh everytime.
 These are some shows on my Anime on Demand. Samurai Champloo, Slayers, Kaleido Star (<-ultimate camel toe mania), Inuyasha (not so much), Ghost in a Shell (Yo, like yo), and etc. Theres about 20 different shows. Does anyone agree about anime artist's obsession with camel toe and regional close ups? I know we're not the only ones who notice.

I find it really amusing that you chose to point it out. To be honest, I'd never really noticed the camel-toe thing. The attention focused on breasts isn't just an anime thing, though they make more of a joke out of it than most other cartoons (as least, I think...).
