do ne body know how to do dis a easier way cuz the tutorial is hard for me to under stand without a screen shot of wat to press and stuff!!

That's because the tutorial is made for PSPX. I really don't think the earlier versions are compatible (contrary to what the authors say). I have PSP7, and they are not compatible.
