Based on past situations, common sense, leadership skills, current career and dilemmas that you have seen your parents handle can you say that you are smarter than your parents?

Based on anything.

like the college they went to.
if they even graduated from college?
How much they get paid?
How they figure out daily problems?

Actually, both my parents are pretty smart, and not just in academics. My mom graduated from Berkeley; my dad from San Diego State. My mom is a more academic-y person - and also really emotionally intelligent (psychology and all that stuff), and my dad is really good in figuring out creative ways in problem solving.

In terms of them being smarter than me...well, I know my mom was an A-student, but she's probably forgotten all that elementary stuff. But she's still able to help me with my homework. [: My dad, I dunno. Like I said, he's a really good problem solver. I guess, compared to my mom & dad, they're smarter than me in some aspects, and I'm smarter in other areas.
