The oedipus complex is the belief that everyone has a subconcious sexual attraction to their mother.
If you really want a better understanding of what it is... check it out HERE. You really should read this before you vote. I personally believe that it's somewhat true... althought I don't want to fool around with my own mother I know that I'm personally attracted to women with similar qualities. |

i learned this in class before.
i mean, it could partly be true. because i know for a fact that there is a number of boys out there who could love their mother to the fullest, even if they are beaten. i'm not sure if the mother attraction is severe. maybe just really deep feelings. |
