This is a RANDOM question!
You know when you open up a pad, one end is a little longer than the other? Yeah? Maybe not with all pads, but I use Always and that's how those pads are. So here's my question: Do you put the longer end in the front of your panties, or in the back? |

As everybody said, the longer part goes in the back. When you're using overnight pads, it depends on what side of your body you usually sleep on. If you sleep on the side, put it in the middle of your undies. If you sleep on your back, put the longer side ON THE BACK, or it'll leak into your bedsheet. If you sleep on your stomach, put the longer side ON THE FRONT, and blah blah leaking.
We do this to avoid leaking as much as possible. For instance, we put the longer side of the pad on the back because the menstrual blood tends to flow down under instead of going straight on the pad when you're sitting. Get it? XD |
