I currently have a relationship with a girl called Anna who lives a hour away from me :( so i only see her once every two weeks or one week if lucky by train, during that time i miss her loads. Does anyone know how to like, i dunno take my mind of it a bit?

i've dealt with LDR's by:
  • talking to friends who have gone through the same situation
  • emailing and IMing frequently, whenever possible. try to set up a consistent time to IM each other. call loads too, but make sure you've got a good phone plan/deal so you don't end up being screwed by the phone bill. (:
  • hanging out with my friends more often. it really takes your mind off things; it's a lot better to be preoccupied with something than to stick around your house moping for your gf.
  • running. i personally love running, it lets you take out all your frustration, anger, sadness and negative feelings in a harmless way. adrenalin = good. :D
  • getting busy. for ex: i love art. i started taking more art classes whenever possible so i'd take my mind off my bf; plus, it's super hard to get all depressed when you're in the studio. (for me, at least.)

yeah. stay strong, LDR's can be worth it if both people put in their effort to keep it alive. and hey... when you get to see your gf, it's that much more special. take care.
