my girlfriend told me herself that she was a virgin and that she has only kissed before . on the other hand my sister and her are very good friends and she told me that she(girlfriend) has had sex and is lying to me about it . who should i believe, the girl that i love with all my heart or my own flesh and blood ?

I would just ask ur gf.. but ask ur sister permisson first.. cause you wouldnt wnat your sister to feel betrayed.. Unless ur sister wants u to ask ur gf...
