some tips on how to get a girlfriend? Options

well as you guys know i am in 9th grade and i have plenty of time to go through this situation .. how can i get a girlfriend? i mean im kind of talkative around my friends etc at school when just chillin outside/cafe, but when i talk to beautiful girls im kind of shy. how can i approach a girl i want? or do they approach me first? cuz i dont know a lot of ppl in my grade .. theres like 345 people in 9th grade .. help

^^ I agree. Don't be too cocky. You can't have that additude like "Oh, I already got you."

If you are a naturally shy person, like I tend to be, don't worry about it too much. Sometimes it takes me a while to warm up to people to know how they are going to react to my personality. A lot of girls think it's cute when you talk to them and get a little shy, it's probably one of the biggest things a girl will react to as far as the "he likes me".

I say just be yourself. Don't try to fit a mold of what you'll think they'll like. Just start talking to them... if you find that you get nervous and tongue tied, ask open questions. Meaning questions that you can start up a conversation about. It works best for me when I talk to anyone.

If you want to go out with her, maybe just ask her to hang out with you and your buddies at first, or just hang out... nothing too serious so you you guys can get more comfortable around each other...
